Prosecutorial Misconduct

Did you know that if a prosecutor withholds evidence that would point to a person's innocence, though that prosecutor is breaking the law, there is no penalty! Prosecutors have the time; they choose when to go to trial. Prosecutors have the money; they generally get what they need to make their case. Prosecutors have the staff. Generally speaking, defense attorneys have none of these. You would think that they would at least have to play by the rules, but such is not the case.
